Customer Care Specialist
This is a 6-month, temporary position Detail-oriented individual needed to handle incoming and outbound customer calls and email. The desired person will be friendly and have an outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, and professional personality. The ability to coordinate colors, patterns and fabrics is helpful. Must be able to multi-task, manage and prioritize the workload for efficiency. This position requires constant interaction with our customers in a professional manner through both verbal and written communications. Precise data-entry skills needed for entering customer orders into our ERP system. 1+ year direct experience is required, must have strong computer skills and have the ability to multi-task. Hours of work are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
