Customer Service Representative I
Benton PUD is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative I On-Call position to provide long term additional support during peak workloads, cover for regular full-time employees on leave, or other business needs. We are looking for an individual able to work initially full-time for 6-8 weeks and then reduce hours to the normal on-call pool usage. Prior CSR experience and bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. Ideal position for those desiring part-time work and schedule flexibility due to other lifestyle commitments such as school, family care giving, retirement, or other jobs. In addition to the hourly wage, On-Call employees receive an additional $1.25/hr. in lieu of benefits. Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years prior experience in a directly related customer service position or six (6) months District experience in a department or administrative support position.
- Pass District tests identified in the Office & Customer Service Classification –Testing Profile & Development Plan adopted by Letter of Agreement during the selection process or within two (2) years prior to the posting start date.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
