Senior Vice President, Marketing
Senior Vice President, Marketing (Lindon, UT) Will be responsible for combining theoretical modeling & strategic planning with practical application experience to develop & implement an integrated marketing plan to advance the company's brand awareness, brand sentiment & market penetration both online & in-store in the United States, United Kingdom, Dubai, Thailand, Australia & South Korea. Develop omni-channel customer centric campaigns that deliver relevant messages to the relevant audience via the relevant communication methods using customer insights, hypothesis testing, programmatic advertising, & algorithmic methodologies to achieve favorable KPIs, particularly cost per acquisition. Develop & implement key marketing processes, include branding, public relations, social media, influencer marketing, retail marketing & e-commerce, digital marketing, & events. Manage overall marketing team by providing coaching, leadership, & assistance insights & strategy development. Understand company's customer demographics, physiographic, consumer use cases & trigger points through customer insights, lookalike audiences, customer data, surveys, focus groups & events. Perform customer segmentation research for acquisition, retention & brand development initiatives. Develop & evolve company's brand values based on customer insights & market trends & identify best-fit partner brands & social influencers to enhance synergy & impact of company's message. Manage all elements of Internet marketing & advantage, including marketplace advertising, digital marketing, paid social, SEO, algorithmic & AI advantage, campaign landing pages for sales funnels, UX & UI analysis, digital radio (DAX radio, podcasts etc.), & digital TV (e.g. Hulu).
Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Management & 2 years of experience in job or 2 years of experience developing fully integrated marketing campaigns for companies in natural/organic foods or health/fitness marketspace.
