The Assistant Director of Benefits assists with directing and planning the day-to-day operations of the benefits and retirement programs, plan administration, vendor management, compliance and policy development.
Required: Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related benefits and retirement plan experience. Experience with self-insured benefit plans and third-party administrators.
