CVWMA is hiring a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, Temporary-to-Hire position.
Shifts
Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 20-25 hours weekly
Intermittent Holidays
Required Skills
• Must possess good critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to work with diverse personalities and demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent time management skills, adaptability and a flexible schedule.
• Possess data entry and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
