POSITION: Administrative Services Manager

SALARY RANGE: $63,887 to $73,470 DOQ

The Centre Region Code Administration (CRCA) is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Services Manager.  The Administrative Services Manager shall be committed to the mission, vision, and values of the Centre Region COG and the Code Administration.

Qualifications the candidate should have include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a major that supports the successful accomplishment of the duties and responsibilities as identified in the full job description and four years of experience in an administrative management capacity that involves implementing customer service enhancements and improving business processes – OR – Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of professional-level experience relating to the duties and responsibilities as identified in the job description
  • A strong track record in customer service with the ability to facilitate conflict resolution
  • Personnel management experience, including the ability to mentor, inspire, and lead staff
  • Strong writing and speaking skills
  • Some administrative and analytical experience, preferably within a local government
  • Previous experience in public education and outreach
  • Understanding of the building construction, real estate, & property maintenance industry
  • Certification as a Building Code Official and as a Permit Technician or ability to obtain such certificates within one year of appointment is required
  • A valid PA driver’s license is required to be maintained throughout employment
  • Criminal History Background Check and Child Abuse Clearances are required
