The position reports directly to a six-member City Council and is responsible for the day-to-day operations with an annual budget of $9,000,000 and over 50 FTE's. Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field preferred. Five Years of experience in management, public administration, business administration, or related field. Experience in infrastructure planning, financing, community/economic development, financial management, and organizational management. Important professional qualities to be successful include strategic thinking, consensus builder, community engagement, working with elected officials, strong communication skills and collaborative partnerships.
The salary range for this position is dependent on qualifications and experience.
