Assistant to the City Manager for Human Resources & Purchasing
Salary Range: $49,475 to $67,534 with an excellent fringe benefit package, starting salary depending on qualifications.
Required to pass an oral board interview, physical examination/drug screening. Under the supervision of the City Manager, assists in human resource administration and purchasing/procurement. Serves as an administrative assistant for numerous functions including recording liaison to the Civil Service Board, & FMLA Coordinator. Makes comprehensive recommendations to the Leadership Team on human resource matters.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with coursework in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a related field, and four years of responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
