WHAT YOU WOULD DO:

Hiring now for September 2022 employment. Assist utility customers by phone and in person regarding changes in service, billing inquiries, payment arrangements and other utility services.  Full-time and part-time positions, in-office and hybrid/remote, are available and hours may include days, evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful members of our Customer Service team are creative problem solvers, demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, and have flexible schedules
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of customer service experience
  • A familiarity with MS Office Products
