Customer Service Representative
Great Customer Service Associate Wanted! We are looking for a full time Customer Service Associate. This position includes, but is not limited to: answering incoming calls and email inquiries, scheduling appointments for field service personnel and sales staff, make outbound marketing and scheduling calls, edit customer data base as necessary. You will be required to multi-task by navigating our software program while on the phone with customers and technicians. Experience in HVAC and plumbing industry is a plus. Service Titan or other dispatching software knowledge is advantageous. Qualifications: Solid commitment to providing superior customer service Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced situations, Willingness to work as part of a team, Confidence on the phone, Professional attitude, Flexible schedule, Knowledge of Microsoft Office software E-communications, HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge a Plus, High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to pass a drug screening and have a clean criminal background check.
