Office Manager Local Harrisburg, PA electrical contractor seeks full time Office Manager responsible for day to day operations of a small office, including handling account payable/receivables; answering phone calls for customer needs; scheduling work assignments; preparing invoices; reconciling accounts; organizing filing system on work order and service calls; and entering data from payroll service into Quickbooks. Successful candidate will enjoy working independently, be highly organized, detail oriented, and enjoy working with customers, staff, and vendors. Previous experience working in a construction environment helpful. Working hours: 8- 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Required Skills - Working knowledge of accounting principles including experience using Quickbooks or related accounting software. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign service work, and handle multi -task duties. Valid driver license required. Salary commensurate with experience.
