Senior Accountant (Irvine CA) Manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, SOV, Files, and Co Policies. Produce timely & accurate requisitions & lien waivers. Format & set up project forecasts to meet both internal & client reporting needs. Manage monthly project forecast meetings & maintain accurate ETC for labor & expense. Ensure timely management of accounts receivable & payables. Manage the project's financial closeout. Develop & maintain positive professional relationships both internally & externally. Review & understand cost proposals. Understand & manage various contract types & delivery methods. $57,949.00/year. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field. 12 months experience in Financial or Accounting positions.
