We are a fast-growing company who needs ethical and professional Call Center Collections Representatives to grow with us! As a Call Center Collections Representative, you will be responsible for making contact with right party consumers to inform them of outstanding debt. You will discuss options and negotiate payment terms with the consumers to help resolve their debt. We provide an awesome work environment with a great pay structure!

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00


•Work professionally and tactfully to negotiate consumer payments
•Adhere to all federal and state regulations while handling accounts
•Overcome challenges and objections to resolve accounts
•Work cohesively with teammates to meet monthly team goals
•Make and take phone calls, and follow all company policies and procedures

DataMax will train every agent who comes in the door, and we will work with you to ensure your success!


•Strong communication skills including written and oral
•Full-time availability (40-hours a week)
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing industry
•Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
•HS Graduate or Equivalent
•Pass pre-employment typing test
•Critical thinking and good listening skills are a must!
•1-year office experience preferred
