Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC in Park City, UT seeks 6 Child Care Teachers and 16 Ski Instructors Level 3, temporary full-time, 12/16/19-4/5/20.

Child Care Teacher: will feed, change & supervise children aged 2 months to 12 years, monitor children's play activities, maintain safe play environment, communicate with parents/guardians about daily activities & behaviors, attend to children's personal needs, serve food & assist in any special events or actives. May need to lift & carry up to 40 lbs. 6 months of experience in a childcare environment required. $12.12-$21.13/hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime available at $18.18-$31.70/hour. Additional compensation may be available: season-end bonus (up to $2,000). Successful applicant must pass pre-employment background check & drug screening.

Ski Instructor Level 3: will instruct participants in skiing, provide safety precaution information, patrol or monitor recreational areas such as trails & slope, plan, organize & conduct practice sessions. 1,450 hours (9 full-time mos.) of experience teaching alpine skiing & a current PSIA Level 3 Alpine Certification or foreign equivalent is req. $20.82-$41.85/hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime available at $31.25-$62.78/hour. Additional compensation may be available: season-end bonus (up to $2,000). Travel not required. Daily transport to & from worksite is provided. On-the-job training is provided. 35 hours/week. May work on any day of week. Hours from 9 am-4 pm & may vary. Single workweek used to compute wages.

Housing offered & optional: $98.00-119.00/weekly, deducted from pay.

Nightly rental fee: $13.00-26.50. $250.00 partially refundable security deposit required, paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing. All deductions from paycheck required by law made. Reasonable transport & subsistence costs to place of employment provided if worker completes half of employment period. Reasonable return transport & subsistence costs provided if worker completes employment period or dismissed early. Reimbursement amount equal to most economical common carrier. Daily subsistence provided at $12.46/day to a maximum of $55/day. Guaranteed work hours for at least 3/4ths workdays in each 12-week period. All required tools, supplies, & equipment provided at no charge. H-2B workers reimbursed in first workweek for all visa-related fees.
