Office Assistant
Seeking a part time flexible hours individual for it's multi-family and commercial property management business.
The individual should have at least 3 years experience in the property management field and some basic knowledge of bookkeeping. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in marketing and social media and experience with Excel and Word.
Some of the job duties would include sit inspections, maintenance of rent rolls, assistant with accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly rent deposits, interactions with Resident Managers, maintenance staff, office staff and general property management duties.
Candidate must have knowledge of Fair Housing practices and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and maintenance issues.
Hourly pay dependent on experience and qualifications. Valid drivers license required.
