CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE AT PENN STATE (PT):

Health insurance agency seeks part-time
representative at University Park campus for 16-24 hours per week. Job responsibilities include;
responding to student inquiries via email and phone, investigating student claims, and assisting with
claim payment reconciliation. Must have associate degree (or equivalent work experience) and be
proficient in the use of computers, word processing, and Excel. The ideal candidate can work together
with account management and university insurance office staff, research issues independently, and
respond to questions in a timely and positive manner.
