Customer Service Account Representative
Looking for the right candidate to join our Team!
You will play an integral part of our Company operations.
Processing Customer orders, answering phones, providing stock checks, coordinating preparation, ship and delivery of materials for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Team
- Process and Enter customer orders and payments
- Check inventory / provide stock checks
- Quote and assist with freight and delivery arrangements
- Data entry and record keeping
- Greet and assist onsite clients, vendors, and Freight Carriers
- Answer inbound telephone calls and assist clients or direct calls as needed
- Other miscellaneous office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and/or Customer Service or related field
- Attention to detail, Self-directed, quick learner, Team player
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Quickbooks preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e.; Word, Excel and Outlook Mail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday
Starting Pay:TBD and will be based on experience and skill set
