Customer Service Representative / Account Manager

Four Star Insurance was founded in 1954 and is a leading insurance agency in the Cleveland Ohio area. We are family owned and operated. We are searching for a personal lines customer service representative / account manager to join us in our Parma office. 

This is a full-time, 40-hour a week, non-remote position.

Job Responsibilities

• Fielding phone calls.

• Creating a relationship with customers.

• Processing payments.

• Working directly with customers to make policy changes.

• Creating activities to document the conversations between the agency and the client.

• Shopping insurance renewals for customers to ensure they have the best rates and coverages.

• Quote new business and cross-selling additional lines of business.

Education and Experience

• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.

• 1 to 2 years' experience preferred.

• The right candidate will have the ability to multitask, work well with fellow employees, be self-motivated and have excellent phone skills.

• Foreign Language not required but beneficial (Ukrainian or Russian).
