Part Time Production Customer Service Assistant

The Frederick News-Post seeks a customer service assistant for its growing commercial printing business serving the Mid-Atlantic region. The Production Customer Service Assistant helps to schedule commercial printing jobs, preparing production tickets to ensure accurate printing, mailing, and delivery. This is an introductory position in a fast-paced, challenging production environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement. It requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as a member of the Production Coordination and Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have work experience in a production environment. This is a part-time position to start.
