Summary: Our world-renowned brand begins for many of your customers with our catalog or online experience. You will personalize our customers Gorsuch experience by guiding them through through our catalog and online shopping experience. Full-time interested candidates should apply to work onsite at least one weekend day is required. Hours between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., typically 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pay is increased as skills and abilities are proven, this is not a commissioned position. Ski pass and staff discounts available up to $783 if work through April after winter season ends. Located in our Catalog department in our Eagle-Vail, Colorado. Total compensation can exceed $24/hour with full time year round status benefits. Initially all staff are hired seasonally, but position can go to year round due to ongoing growing business.
Essential Functions:
• Answer phones in a welcoming client focused environment, which includes properly greeting and acknowledging every customer call.
• Communicate with customers via email or live chats.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, merchandise and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, working to delight our clients through the details and stories of our products.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities;
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for new and existing customers into customer relations management system.
• Maintain an organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests;
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
• Operate computer and take payments with credit card
• Maintains inventory and ensure merchandise is properly cleaned and sanitized when sending or receiving.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Adheres to Gorsuch safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets in catalog merchandise storage.
• Occasionally process return of merchandise
• Occasionally find, prepare packages of merchandise for outgoing orders.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
• Previous luxury fashion or retail sales experience preferred.
• Aptos POS software experience helpful.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Engaging communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are essential.
• Candidate should be team-focused.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a working knowledge of our products and brands.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements include:
• Regularly sit while speaking, hearing and typing/keyboarding.
• Regularly visually assess the color, size and dimensions of items.
• Regularly lifting, caring, pushing, pulling 15 pounds
• Regularly reading, hearing, speaking in English without interpretation.
• Regularly use computer system, including keyboarding and handling equipment
• Regularly standing, walking through-out store and worksite
• Occasionally lifting, caring, pushing, pulling 15 pounds
• Occasional bending, stooping, climbing stairs and ladder.
• Regularly using within safety standards basic household cleaning chemicals and equipment, such as vacuum.
