Lead Customer Service Representative
The Grand Rapids Public Utilities Commission (GRPUC) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Lead Customer Service Representative.
This position is responsible for utilizing communication, leadership and administrative skills under limited supervision in order to lead and coordinate the timely and accurate work of the Utility’s customer service and billing systems.
The Grand Rapids Public Utilities Commission provides electrical distribution, water and wastewater services to the greater Grand Rapids area.
Qualified applicants must possess at minimum an Associate’s degree in Accounting or business related field and five years of customer service and general accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, a valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license, or have the ability to obtain one prior to employment, and a satisfactory driving record.
