Herrling Clark Law firm is currently looking for a Typist to assist the paralegals and legal secretaries.

The requirement of a typist is to assist the paralegals and legal secretaries with dictation and other tasks as required. Must be able to use a dictation system. Required to have typing skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word. In particular, typists are expected to prepare medical chronologies as dictated by paralegals, preparation of deposition abstracts and summaries, transcription of recorded statements, preparation of financial and other divorce documents, as well as daily typing tasks as required.
