Human Resources & Training Coordinator
Human Resources & Training Coordinator Glenwood Springs Headquarters Full-time position assists with the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources (HR) department including training, safety and risk management, recruitment, regulatory compliance, record keeping, policy administration, compensation and benefits, and employee communication and assistance. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required, 2 years or more of human resources experience required; employee training and development experience preferred. Safety administration experience beneficial. Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within HCE and excellent presentation skills. Possess organizational and time management, problem solving and decision-making skills. Must be able to maintain personnel and corporate confidential information. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and proficiency in Excel required. Starting hourly wage $35 - $39, DOE.
