The Role:
Due to our constant growth, we have office positions available for Full Time for master multi-taskers who are enthusiastic and reliable with excellent communication skills and who possess an upbeat attitude. The Client Service Representative must be able to assist our team and serve our customers.
- Must be a fast learner, organized, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency including a strong ability for follow-up.
Responsibilities:
Ability to handle a high volume of calls with clients to schedule service calls in geographical efficiency, data entry, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
The position requires:
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office
- A willingness to learn and dedicate many policies to memory.
