Customer Service Representative
Provide sales and technical support in an efficient and accurate manner. Assist customers’ with questions on products, prices, lead times and basic service issues. Deliver quotations, enter orders and respond promptly to all inquiries improving overall customer experience.
This is a full time position with benefits.
The ideal candidate will have
- Minimum 2-3 years in a customer support role,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Past experience with CRM systems and entering orders.
- Time management, multitasking, and prioritizing is important.
