Executive Director, Human Resources
JBR Clinical Research is recruiting for an Executive Director of Human Resources.
- Responsible for directing all of the people functions of the corporation in accordance with the policies and practices of JBR Clinical Research, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and the laws, regulations and the administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance (i.e. recruitment, training, market compensation ranges, job descriptions, on boarding, employee evaluations, etc.).
- Collaborate with the management team to translate the strategic and tactical business vision and mission into HR strategic and operational plans.
- Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs that utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, and ten (10) years' experience in HR leadership, with a minimum of five (5) years of that experience being at the Director level or higher. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Salary: $100,000- $125,000 annually.
