Member Services Representative

Job Knowledge, Training and Experience 

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent; and

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

Experience in the utility industry and/or call center environment.

At least two years of Member Services experience or two years of work experience in an office environment.
