Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, a multispecialty group practice with over 25 clinic locations and 500 physicians located in Houston, is opening a Contact Center in College Station. The new facility is scheduled to open in September 2021.

In this full-time position the incumbent will assist, develop, and deliver department specific training, online courses, and programs. Other responsibilities include providing direction and facilitating the new and developmental employee orientation program(s); performing various tasks associated with training development and administration, including assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of training and organizational programs; assisting in the development of training tools; assisting the Contact Center and Support Managers in designing training modules when required; participating in clinic initiatives as identified by KSC/Contact Center leadership; and supporting call volume in the Contact Center as needed.

Qualifications include:
• Associate's degree in a related area or three years training or organizational development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years or training experience.
Need to have experience in classroom training and development of materials focusing on dynamic training techniques.
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree and Management Training Certification preferred
