Customer Service Specialist

Lake Region Electric Cooperative (LREC) is a member-owned electric utility located in the lakes country of west-central Minnesota, headquartered in Pelican Rapids.

LREC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist. This position is responsible for providing prompt, efficient customer service to new and existing members in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.

Applicants must possess a combination of education and experience which generally includes the attainment of a high school diploma and 2-3 years of related customer service experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication, listening and social skills. Computer experience including Office 365, a working knowledge of social media sites, and problem solving abilities are necessary.
