We are seeking a Full Time front office Administrative Assistant for our Walker, MN, location, who is looking for senior management opportunity.
Experience in titles and closings preferred, however drive and determination are strong attributes for this position. In this role you will assist company President and Escrow Officers with various administrative duties such as data entry scanning copying scheduling closings compiling closing paperwork greeting customers answering phones and other duties as needed. Candidate must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to details. Must be proficient in MSWord Excel and Outlook. We are looking for someone to work 25-32 hours a week between 8 am-5 pm Could go to 40 hours a week in the future.
