Team Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Team Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team based at our Park Rapids location.
Responsibilities include supporting other team members while managing your own responsibilities related to document organization and customer communication. Experience/understanding of the real estate transaction process helpful, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook a must. Understand your responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate and follow up with team members and customers to insure projects are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner a must.
