Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include interacting with customers by identifying service needs and solutions, sharing promotional offers, processing service orders and billing statements. Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and sales-orientated. Minimum of two years of customer sales experience required.
Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities include monthly billing and customer service satisfaction. Development of CSRs, programs, and key account relationships to provide superior customer service in a competitive sales market. Ideal candidate will understand utility/telecom billing and demonstrated leadership skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Three to five years of customer sales experience and three years of strong supervisory experience required.
