Miles Community College (MCC) is currently accepting applications for a full-time registrar. This position is responsible for the management and oversight of student academic records, course registration, recording of grades, and administrative tasks related to academic policies, degree requirements, and the student information system.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Three to five years’ experience in field related to college registration or college admissions, or an appropriate/equivalent combination of related professional experience. Advanced technical computer and data management skills and experience using office machines. Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment, solve problems independently, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of records and information.
