We are currently looking to hire a person for ‘document processing’. The successful candidate will review and process equipment sales/delivery documents, as well as, review and process equipment warranty documents for our clients.
This will be a Full Time Position, with daytime hours Monday – Friday.
∙ Review equipment sales/delivery documents for accuracy.
∙ Review and process equipment warranty sale documents for clients.
Job Requirements: The successful candidates must have:
∙ Software experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Excel) and ability to learn new software is a plus.
∙ Computer skills
∙ Organizational skills
∙ Proofreading skills
∙ Attention to detail
∙ Teamwork skills
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated and take pride in the work you do. Must work well with existing personnel.
