Is customer service your specialty? Our New Richmond Campus is hiring for a Call Staff position to provide cross-functional customer service to our students and visitors. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with administrative tasks, research and proactively assist students in resolving issues, and greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner. This position will work as needed with varied hours three evenings per week from August through May from 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm.
