Food Service Manager (Head Cook)

This position is responsible for providing nutritious meals to youth, adults and guests of Camp Emmaus in, Menagha, MN. 

Ability to prepare and serve food; to plan menus of nutritious, well-balanced meals to supervise assistant cook and kitchen crew; to manage food service ordering/purchasing from vendors; willingness to work full-time with flexible hours from mid-May to mid-August. Living accommodations and board provided.

Qualifications include knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and sanitation, personnel supervision and record keeping. State of Minnesota certification encouraged. Salary determined upon experience in food service area.
