Network Support Specialist

Position: Network SupportSpecialist
Job Duties: Will store data electronically; will monitor and maintain computer network, coordinate database access for company staff, coordinate hardware and software installation for database management, data hygiene and lead generation use. Provide in-person or over-the-phone technological assistance for database access; Will use CISCO specific technologies for network repair, monitoring, software applications, device development, computer equipment, printers, scanners, and external file.
Job Requirements: Graduate with 4 year University degree in IT. Must have valid CCNA certificate.
Required Full Time Experience: 1 year demonstrating good customer service skills. 6 months direct CISCO product experience including firewall security, Wireshark and Team Dynamics ticketing system, and managing telecommunication systems, phone systems, printers, and computer network in office setting. 6 months must demonstrate willingness to work during emergencies on weekends and nights.
