Customer Service Representative Part Time

The Republican American is looking for positive & professional Cust. Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience. You will manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Additionally, you will provide product information and technical support for our digital edition. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with customer support

POSITION AVAILABLE: Schedule 1: Sunday through Thurs. 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

PAY: $15.00 per hour

BENEFITS: 401(k), Paid time
