Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supporting, Motivating & Directing our small C/S team, Handle customer inquiries and complaints, Provide information about our products and services, Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, Document and update customer records based on interactions, Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, Maintain and Encourage our high level of customer service, Maintain and Encourage a friendly and efficient workspace, Training both new and ongoing team members, Overseeing, Quality Assurance issues and claims, Directing E-mail and phone call flow, Being involved in day to day, Customer Service duties and issues, Monitor & Review of Pick Tickets and Invoices, Oversee Sample Product Registration, Follow up on open orders and back orders, Overseeing new account contact and communications.
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields. Associates degree or higher. Ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail. Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay range: $18 - $20 per hour. Plus Health/Dental Insurance, 401K.
