Solebury Township, Bucks County, is accepting applications for a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Clerk (24 - 30 hours per week).

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and current computer technology, well organized and solution oriented. The candidate must be a self-starter, efficient and work well with a team.

Job functions include front-office reception and general office duties (filing, answering telephones, and assisting others when needed). The candidate must have the ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse group of individuals including the general population of Solebury Township, elected officials, community leaders, & consultants. Must demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the English language, spelling, arithmetic and the ability to work productively in a deadline driven environment.

A high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree in Business or Finance are also required.  

A list of three references will be requested from all candidates who are selected for interviews and employment is subject to a full background check.
