Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation is recruiting for the following Full Time Year-Round positions:

Corporate Director of Event Services - Ability to effectively manage staff to maintain a high level of morale and productivity. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with customers, senior managers and supervisors in order to ensure total guest satisfaction. Customer service focus, outgoing and readily conversational, attentive to detail. Minimum 10 years hotel experience as an Event Services or Catering Sales Senior position or Director in a minimum 4 Star hotel required. CMP or CPCE certification preferred. Management and operational experience in catering sales, event services and working knowledge of banquet operations required.

Food & Beverage Manager - Varied hours, weekends and holidays. Self-starter, fine dining experience in 4/5 star and diamond environments. Fine dining/resort hotel food and beverage experience as a supervisor or manager preferred. Knowledge of food, wines, and wine service. Need excellent scheduling and guest relation skills.
