Administrative Assistant
Strategic Financial Concepts, a Financial Planning firm located in St. Louis Park, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. This individual would provide administrative support to two successful financial advisors. This position is full time with the option of flexibility in the summer months.
Required: • Organized, capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel,), and the ability to navigate multiple web-based investment company platforms • Excellent ability to communicate via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. • Positive attitude, trustworthy and dependable • Flexible – able to multi-task and reprioritize efficiently and effectively Pluses (but not required) • -Experience in insurance, securities, and/or financial planning industry • -Previous administrative office experience.
