Taconic has been a world leader in the PTFE coated glass industry since the founding of its Industrial Products Division in 1961, providing PTFE and silicone coated fabrics, tapes and belts for a range of high performance applications. Taconic's Advanced Dielectric Division followed in 1984 with the goal of supplying the highest quality microwave circuit board materials available. Today, the ISO 9001 registered company has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Korea, the United Kingdom, France, Poland and Brazil as well as sales offices around the globe.
