This position is responsible for communicating with customers regarding their life policies.
The successful candidate for this position will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to process customer requests accurately, have basic math skills, and be able to handle high telephone call volumes in a professional manner. We prefer candidates with experience assisting customers in a call center environment or an Associate's degree. Bilingual is a plus.
