We are looking for a highly motivated customer service coordinator with the following skills, knowledge and experience: Basic math and problem solving skills; demonstrated clear communication skills; highly organized; ability to prioritize and detail oriented. Knowledge of computers; efficient with Excel and MSW; basic office equipment such as 10-key, copier, printer; general office procedures and multi-line telephone experience. Experience working as part of a team meeting strict deadlines and 3-5 years of customer service in an office environment. Flexibility required as you adapt to customer needs.
