Part Time Manager Position with Office Duties. 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, flexible.
The Manager oversees day to day operation for the Senator by doing what is needed for the Board of Directors by conducting the duties listed below for the 55 & older independent living condominium homeowners
Work Experience: 2+ years in Management.
Education Required: 2+ years post-secondary.
The Manager directs and coordinates all functions of the Senator in accordance with the policies and procedures Established by the Senator Condominium Homeowners Association. The Manager shall be thoroughly familiar with the governing documents (Declaration, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations and the Resident Handbook) of the Senator and shall conduct the Manager's activities in compliance with these documents.
The Manager collaborates closely with the Board of Directors on all activities of the Association and acts as a liaison between Unit Owners and the Board. As the "Initial Contact" person at the Senator, it is important that the Manager
portrays a favorable image when responding to inquiries from the public. The Manager supervises and coordinates the services provided by Housekeeping and Maintenance staff and the Contract Service Providers. The Manager performs the general clerical and record keeping duties associated with the Senator.
