Great, fast-paced position in the construction industry. Full time M-F, 8-5pm. Benefits include Health/Life/Dental insurance options, 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution, vacation time.

Duties to include, but not limited to: 

  • Accounts payable invoice entry
  • Vendor documentation maintenance in accounting software 
  • Maintaining office supplies for the business 
  • Miscellaneous filing 
  • Customer service, as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Equivalent Experience. 
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and processes and an understanding of  general office procedures. 
  • Experience with accounts payable desired. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), 10-key, data entry and  organizational skills are necessary. 
  • Ability to work independently, including strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various forms within the business
  • Highly detailed, accurate, and organized in work. 
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
