COMMUNITY PATHOLOGIST– University of Pittsburgh Physicians located at U. S. Steel Tower, 57th Floor, 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, seeks a Community Pathologist to analyze samples of tissue and cells to aid in determining the diagnosis and cause of diseases; surgical samples, biopsies, and fine needle aspirations/cytology are to be reviewed for diagnostic interpretation; patient information/history and diagnostic results will be added to all accessioned cases in Copath; will rotate through different service routines as required and may be assigned to cover service at other Community locations as needed based on vacation or other vacancies in the coverage schedule at 110 N. Main Street, Greenville, PA 16125 and 2200 Memorial Drive, Farrell, PA 16121. Travel to worksites within 25 miles. Applicant must have a medical degree or equivalent. Applicant must have completed four years of post-graduate medical training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Applicant must have a valid Pennsylvania Medical license.
