Customer Service Representative / Dispatch

Customer Service Representative / Dispatch office located in Ambler Walter A Dwyer, Inc is looking for a CSR with the ability to represent the company positively and professionally. A motivated, detail-oriented individual with great customer service and communication skills. This position is an integral part of our company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: first to answer phone, dispatching, payment processing, communicating between departments. Candidate will receive all training relevant to HVAC industry and will be taught how to use our back-office software. Looking for long term hire.
