Customer Service Manager (Full-time)
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for directing day-to-day activities of the Customer Service Department by providing leadership for daily operations, including supervising staff, generating revenue, & resolving customer issues. Associate or BS degree in management, communications, marketing, technology or business-related field. Experience in customer service, supervision, sales/marketing or communications, preferred.
